Essential Skills and Qualifications

• At least 10 years demonstrated experience with data, map and application configuration and deployment in ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Extensive experience knowledge of GIS business, architecture concepts and GIS deployment architectures.
• Broad, demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery, specification, design, implementation and management of Enterprise GIS systems.
• Demonstrated GIS skills and experience in management of spatial data.

Desirable Skills

• Preferred Knowledge and/or experience in:
  a. Cloud platforms and the operation of geospatial systems on these platforms
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management and learning design and development.

• DSS Skill - 2.26 Specialist Engineering - Geospatial Systems/Software Development - L5
• SFIA - Solution Architecture - L6
