Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide coordination and administrative support across project activities, with a strong focus on risk and opportunity management. A key responsibility of the role includes preparing risk submissions and representing the project at monthly Risk Management Boards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and coordinate the project risk and opportunity
• Prepare risk documentation and represent risks at monthly governance forums.
• Support project governance activities including meetings, reporting, and action tracking.
• Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder
• Monitor milestones and support continuous improvement of project tools and processes.

Requirements:
Essential:

• Experience in project support, including risk coordination and
• Strong written communication and documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities within part-time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management

Desirable:

• Qualification in Project Management, Risk Management, or related
• PRINCE2
• Experience preparing materials for governance boards or committees.
