Responsibilities:

• conduct requirements analysis and development;
• develop and maintain a Systems Engineering Management Plan for the project;
• develop and maintain a Technical Certification Plan for the project;
• manage requirements set through the project lifecycle;
• conduct and review design and implementation;
• conduct certification and support;
• plan and deliver engineering services, regulatory compliance,
• resource management, and project outcomes; and conduct reviews of contract deliverables.
