• Length of Contract: 1-month, Renewable multiple times up to 30 June 2026
• Closing date: 2pm 12th May 2025

Responsibilities

• User Experience testing
• Implement amendments from provided list of required issues
• Implement enhancements based on SME guidance
• Implementation of outcomes of User Experience testing
• Development of further recommendations for development 
• Provide resources for maintenance of the Hub 

Deliverables

• Produce a detailed project plan, following a joint analysis of the required testing and developments and maintenance required
• Implement agreed enhancements to Hub
• Develop a User Experience testing framework and manage the testing through all stages
• Implement recommendations and outcomes from the User Experience testing and/or develop report of recommendations for more wide-ranging development recommendations for future implementation.  
• Develop report with recommended future development projects for the Hub
