Qualifications and Experience:

• It is a REQUIREMENT that the Design Frame Modelling Project Manager has a minimum of 8 years Industry experience in Project Management in order to meet the Level 3 DSS panel requirements. The successful candidate must hold a recognised project management professional qualification or must demonstrably meet the full eligibility criteria to obtain such accreditation within six weeks of engagement.
• Minimum of 8 years of Industry experience in ICT Project Management in order to meet the Level 3 DSS panel requirements.
• Experience in delivering within PRINCE 2, MSP or P30 and AGILE process frameworks
• Experience in defence project management processes, preferably within the Land Domain.
• Experience in Delivering within the One Defence Capability Model environment.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams of <25 people including employees and sub-contractor personnel, over disparate locations.

OR

•  Tertiary qualifications and significant experience (min 8 years) with program or project management, preferably within the digital integration or information communications technology domains and be aware of current and emerging Defence Digital Systems technology.

Additional Criteria: 

• DSS Skill - 1.2 Project Management Services & Support, Level 3
• SFIA - Project Management (PRMG), Level 5
