Product Management:

• Provision of Product Management services to support capability delivery.
• Co-ordinate In-Service Support arrangements, Risks, Issues and Opportunities with support contractors.
• Execute the Support Services Management Plan to assure delivery of fit for purpose outcomes within contracted cost and schedule to meet service capability needs.
• Provide monthly Product management reporting.
• Coordinate and conduct internal review activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and review activities.
• Develop, review and co-ordinate Contract Change Proposals
• Review and assess supplier deliverables.
• Oversee and review planned and unplanned maintenance schedules.
