Tasks

• Produce a detailed project plan, following a joint analysis of the required stakeholder engagement and the most appropriate methods for each engagement.
• Analysis of previous stakeholder engagement and available evaluation data to prepare appropriate stakeholder engagement interviews.
• Stakeholder engagement with Services and Joint Groups with pre-prepared interview questions, including all preparation of face-to-face interviews i.e. scheduling, pre briefing with interview questions.
• Recommendations arising from analysis and outcomes from stakeholder engagement.
