Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and suitably qualified Project Officer with experience in Project Controls and Scheduling to join our team.
Please note that this role is based in Williamtown but is open to candidates located in Canberra with travel to Williamtown as required.
Tasks
Manage workflow and resources, prepare work area and team plans detailing measurable milestones and expected outcomes.
Perform complex planning and execution of the Plan to assure delivery of fit for purpose including management of business/project/product scope, schedules, risks and resources.
Support the Capability Manager with the development and progression of project/product submissions
Undertake required Project/Product reporting using applicable management systems
Undertake Risk, Issue and Opportunity identification and management.
Provision of SME guidance / mentoring to Business/Project/Product team members.
Where applicable, recommend and implement appropriate course of action to progress work to meet business objectives, provide advice and guidance on very complex issues.
