Length of Contract: 12 months
Closing date: 10 am 29th April 2025
Statement of Duties
Engage with relevant stakeholders, identifying any gaps, risks, or issues.
Be prepared to provide specialist advice to working groups and LCD Stakeholders.
Manage obstacles that will impede the deliverables being successfully executed.
Self-manage work hours to ensure contractual obligations are being met and to advise the Project Manager of contractual risks.
Be supported outside the Defence network for graphic designing requirements using Visio (or similar) software for creating static graphics to illustrate workflows and contextual diagrams that describe written narratives.
Perform information management of all documents and artefacts created under the contract, and existing, related artefacts held on Defence archival and collaborative IT systems.
Skills / Experience
High level of communications skills
Ability to communicate effectively using Army terminology
High level of understanding and experience in organisational change management
Experience with Army structures and basic operating functions
Candidates with previous experience performing similar roles are welcome to respond
