Statement of Duties

• Engage with relevant stakeholders, identifying any gaps, risks, or issues.
• Be prepared to provide specialist advice to working groups and LCD Stakeholders.
• Manage obstacles that will impede the deliverables being successfully executed.
• Self-manage work hours to ensure contractual obligations are being met and to advise the Project Manager of contractual risks.
• Be supported outside the Defence network for graphic designing requirements using Visio (or similar) software for creating static graphics to illustrate workflows and contextual diagrams that describe written narratives.
• Perform information management of all documents and artefacts created under the contract, and existing, related artefacts held on Defence archival and collaborative IT systems.  

Skills / Experience

• High level of communications skills
• Ability to communicate effectively using Army terminology
• High level of understanding and experience in organisational change management
• Experience with Army structures and basic operating functions
• Candidates with previous experience performing similar roles are welcome to respond
