• Project management – proficiency in organising, planning, overseeing projects, and ability to meet contract timelines and project deadlines;
• Adaptability – Flexibility to adjust to unforeseen challenges or changes;
• Communication - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to facilitate effective interactions between the Executive, Service Providers and other stakeholders;
• Negotiation – strong negotiation skills to achieve good outcomes;
• Stakeholder engagement – ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders; and
• Risk Assessment – Expertise in identifying risks and implementing measures to mitigate their impacts.
