Essential criteria

Solutions should support:

significant scale of data holdings and data sources
intelligent process optimisation
intelligent error resolution and proactive identification of pain points, bottle necks and risks for manual analysis
support for governance, assurance, compliance and auditing

Desirable criteria

Secure data exchange capability, regular, real time and ad Hoc with data matching capabilities.
Describe end user access controls (internal and external user groups.)
Monitoring and administration capability, tracking progress of data movements, system performance, user interactions and system workloads
Adaptive system resource management e.g. query scheduling capabilities.
