Overview

• Conducting detailed analysis to identify cost drivers and opportunities for cost savings
• Conducting uncertainty and risk modelling and providing strategic advice to senior leadership
• Development of artefacts for inclusion in or in support of submissions to Government
• Development of program financial management framework, principles and policies
• Undertaking cost model peer reviews and assurance reviews
• Ability to provided surge capability during times of high work demand.
