Qualifications:

• Formal qualifications in an ILS domain Highly Desirable.
• Degree qualification in an area relevant to the role.
• Postgraduate qualification(s) in a relevant field.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge base in acquisition projects.
• Demonstrated experience in the transitioning of equipment to sustainment.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting approach to market activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading small teams.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and management.

Roles:

• Leading and managing a small team of ILS practitioners.
• Planning and Execution of the project ILS Programme.
• Supporting contract negotiations with Industry.
• Liaising with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Oral and written briefings to project/program leadership.
• Review for acceptance of contract deliverables within scope of competence.
