Our client in Canberra seeks the services of DSS L3 FMS Manager with NV1 clearance.
 

• Canberra Based
• Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance
• Length of Contract: 4 months 
• Closing date: 2nd April 2025

Mandatory Skills required

• Previous expectance within Foreign Military Sales environment.

Desirable Skills

• Related degree or formal procurement contracting qualifications.
• Significant experience in materiel procurement and/or contract management
• Experience identifying and managing commercial risks related to procurement and contract management.
• Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• The ability to work in a team as well as work independently.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines.

Roles:

• Provide contract management services (i.e. services relating to the management of contract post execution) including developing contract management frameworks, strategy and/or plan, contract performance
  metrics and requirements; develop, supply, or operate a contract management system, or processes/tools, to record, monitor and track communications between the parties.
•  Supporting negotiations with prime contractors.
•  Support tender clarifications, in particular those aspects concerning contractual and commercial and financial elements of tenders.
