Task Description:

Provide specialist commercial advice and strategic planning
Develop key commercial documentation including commercial business cases, strategies, plans, reports, tender documentation and formal correspondence
Development and maintenance of contract management plans, systems and tools
Commercial relationship management, problem identification and dispute resolution
Contract performance management including review of supplier deliverables, performance reporting, performance reviews and cost management
Undertake commercial governance and assurance activities
Manage and support Phase-in and Phase-out activities
Export control administration
