Task Description:
Develop a suite of supporting processes which enable optimisation of the Maritime Sustainment Model across the Maritime Sustainment Division Enterprise
Undertake stakeholder engagement and analysis to determine and validate requirement, test and evaluate processes, and ascertain endorsement of baselined processes
Undertake project planning, coordination and reporting for the Maritime Sustainment Model work
Identify, manage, and monitor the technical dependencies of the project
Undertake routine updates of baselined processes, ensuring currency and relevancy
Develop and implement a feedback mechanism to enable end users of the Maritime Sustainment Model to provide recommendations and feedback on the validity and currency of documented processes, including opportunities for improvement
Identify and measure relevant Key Performance Indicators to inform process performance measurement and reporting, to ensure the sustainment and upkeep services are delivering optimal outcomes
