We are looking for Operational Analyst for our Defence client in Canberra locations. One must have an active security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Business Planning.

Expertise

• Experience with the Capability Life Cycle and management of Defence projects (essential)
• Experience in operations management and analysis 
• Experience in Test and Evaluation event planning, development and execution 
• Ability to work in a dynamic and quickly evolving role

Job Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Conduct operational concept development to ensure effective system employment.
• Support capability implementation initiatives to embed successful operations across the Joint Force.
• Engage key stakeholder groups with agile and effective contracting and commercial strategies to enable to speed to capability.
• Assist with the development of business cases, and key project artefacts including government submissions as directed.
• Regularly report on status of the project throughout identifying and raising risks and issues appropriately.
• Manage stakeholders through strong communication strategies and plan to ensure optimal outcomes.
