With long-standing partnerships with Australia’s leading insurance companies and loss assessors, the business continues to grow in response to strong market demand. We are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our high-performing team based in Melbourne's West.

The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing building reinstatement projects resulting from insurable events. You will coordinate and manage trades, ensure works are delivered to a high standard, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the delivery of insurance repair and strata projects
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and trades on-site
• Liaise with insurance companies, loss assessors, and insured parties
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with scope, budget, and timelines
• Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and contractual obligations
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all required documentation and final certifications are obtained
• Resolve site and trade-related issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and communication

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor role
• Previous experience in insurance building projects (highly regarded)
• Trade qualifications in building (carpentry preferred) or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Sound understanding of OH&S practices and relevant legislation
• Current and valid driver’s licence
