Our company regularly publishes video content on YouTube and Instagram. To enhance the visual appeal and viewer experience of our videos, we are adopting a multi-camera setup for simultaneous shooting, which will provide richer multi-angle footage for post-production.

We are currently looking for a reliable, young talent with a strong marketing sense and video shooting experience to join our team and assist with our regular filming sessions. With flexible working hours, this position is ideal for university/tertiary students or young freelancers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with on-site video shooting for both long-form YouTube videos and short-form Instagram content.
• Set up and operate video recording equipment to conduct multi-angle simultaneous shooting alongside the main camera, capturing dynamic perspectives.
• Provide on-site suggestions regarding framing and camera movements from a marketing and audience perspective, ensuring the footage is engaging and aligns with social media trends.
• Assist in managing the on-site shooting workflow, packing equipment, and backing up video footage.

Requirements:

• University/tertiary students (preferably studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, PR, or related disciplines) or young freelancers.
• Basic video shooting experience, familiarity with general video equipment operation, and a good eye for framing and aesthetics.
• Familiar with the YouTube and Instagram ecosystems, possessing a marketing mindset and an understanding of how to capture audience attention visually.
• High stability: Able to commit consistently to 1 to 2 sessions per week to support our regular filming schedule over the long term.
• Punctual, responsible, with good communication skills and adaptability. Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor locations.

Working Hours & Remuneration:

• Hourly Rate: HK$75 - HK$90 (depending on relevant experience).
• Working Hours: 1 to 2 days per week, approximately 3 hours per session (specific times are flexible and can be arranged to fit your class or work schedule).
• Location: Varies depending on the shooting theme, including both indoor studios and outdoor locations across Hong Kong.
