This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented and organized individuals to gain valuable project experience within a government department. As a key member of the team supporting the program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and logistical operations. This role offers a stable 5-day work week and a chance to develop your skills in a professional environment.

Job Duties:

1. Manage and organize administrative tasks related to vaccination programs, such as handling consent forms and vaccination records submitted by schools.
2. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of complaint cases, incident tracking, and compiling reports.
3. Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing, documentation updates, and maintenance of program data records.
4. Oversee data entry to ensure accuracy in recording program details and outputs.
5. Support the team in organizing logistics and resources for vaccination program outreach.

Requirements:

• At least Level 2/Grade E or above in five subjects in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese Language, or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and preferably Access and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of database management (advantageous).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
