Key Responsibilities:

1. AI-Powered Summarization: Utilize designated Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to generate summaries of lengthy English-language government tender documents.
2. Verification & Proofreading: Meticulously cross-reference the AI-generated summaries against the original tender documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and identify any discrepancies.
3. Data Entry: Accurately fill in the company's information sections within tender documents using specified online tools and platforms.
4. Document Preparation: Compile and prepare all necessary supporting documents as required by each tender (e.g., Business Registration (BR), Certificate of Incorporation (CI), insurance policy copies).
5. CV Criteria Drafting: For specific tenders requiring personnel, analyze the requirements and draft a clear list of criteria to assist our recruitment colleagues in sourcing suitable candidate CVs.
6. Digital Filing: On a weekly basis, properly file the digital copies of all completed and submitted tender documents into the designated cloud-based folders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 in HKDSE English Language, or possess an equivalent qualification demonstrating a strong command of English.
• Excellent English reading and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand complex and lengthy business documents.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with a proven ability to work independently and manage clerical tasks effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and various web-based applications.

1. AI 內容生成：使用人工智能 (AI) 工具，為長篇的英文政府投標文件生成內容摘要。
2. 內容核對與驗證：仔細核對 AI 生成的摘要與原始標書文件，確保內容的準確性、完整性，並找出任何潛在差異。
3. 資料填寫：透過指定的網上工具或平台，準確無誤地填寫標書中的公司基本資料部分。
4. 文件整理與準備：根據每份標書的具體要求，整理並準備所需的支持文件（例如：商業登記證 BR、公司註冊證書 CI、保險單副本等）。
5. 草擬職位要求：就特定標書項目，分析其對人員資歷的要求，並草擬清晰的職位要求清單，以協助招聘同事尋找合適的候選人履歷 (CV)。
6. 文件歸檔：每週定期將已提交的完整標書電子檔案，妥善歸檔至公司指定的雲端位置。

入職要求：

• 香港中學文憑考試 (DSE) 英文科達第 3 級或以上，或具備同等學歷及英語水平。
• 具備出色的英文閱讀及理解能力，能處理複雜及長篇的商業文件。
• 工作極度細心、有條理、富責任感，能獨立完成被委派的文書工作。
• 熟悉基本電腦操作，如 MS Office (Word, Excel) 及網上應用程式。

每星期工作 4- 5天, 每天工作3 - 4小時
