Contract Period: 9 Months (tentatively to start the job in early September 2026)
Working Location: Kowloon Tong, Kowloon
Working Hours: 44 hours working hours per week, (including one-hour lunch break), normal office working hours, from Monday to Friday, except public holidays (Service may be required on Sundays and Public Holidays subject to operational needs.)

Duties

To design printed materials and promotional publications.
To provide the administrative and clerical support for the AE Section;
To provide logistical and preparatory support to the teacher training
workshops/seminars, student enhancement programmes, various music activities, as well as arts performances;
To communicate and liaise with different parties;
To follow up any enquiries;
To compile and organise participants' information for record using basic office computer applications;
To maintain good record of files and relevant documents according to record management;
To prepare and draft promotional materials,
To work in various venues assigned by the EDB;
To work irregular hours and on public holidays, if required;
To take up any other duties as assigned by the Government Representatives

Qualifications Requirements

Holder of a Hong Kong Bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent preferred;
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing;
Proficiency in graphic design software, e.g. Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, etc.
Have at least 2 years' post-degree working experiences, is preferred.

*Notes:

For general awareness, a locally-accredited Hong Kong Bachelor's degree is at Level 5 under the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework ("HKQF"). While there are other qualifications under HKQF Level 5, for the purpose of this quotation exercise, only Bachelor's degree is acceptable.
