�� Part-time Events Designer
Contract Period: Mid Aug 2026 – May 2027 
Location: Sha Tin or other venues (indoor/outdoor, museums/non-museums) or work remotely outside office
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm (9 hrs/day), about 2 days/week
  
�� Job Duties
Assist in event branding design applications
Design & produce posters, pamphlets, booklets & souvenirs
Handle indoor/outdoor advertising design & production
Develop layouts for panels, backdrops, captions & signs
Prepare technical drawings; monitor setup/dismantling of AV equipment & installations
Supervise contractors for printing, fabrication & timely delivery
Perform other duties as assigned
  
�� Academic & Experience Requirements 
Accredited Associate Degree/Higher Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic/Advertising/Product Design
 
≥5 years’ full-time experience in graphic, advertising, publication or exhibition design
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, SketchUp & MS Office
Strong Chinese & English communication skills
Experience in large-scale event design preferred
Creative, detail-minded, efficient, able to work under pressure
Permanent resident of HKSAR
