Position: HR Strategy & Systems Development Manager (GBA)
Job Duties:
To lead the formulation and execution of the company's mid-to-long-term HR strategies for the "Greater Bay Area" market, ensuring the talent pipeline aligns with business growth objectives to support the company's regional expansion.
To spearhead the digital transformation of HR functions, leveraging a background in information systems to design, implement, and optimize a unified Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that deeply integrates "Mainland China's" labour laws, tax, and social security regulations to enhance cross-regional management efficiency.
To oversee the complete talent management lifecycle for the Mainland China team, including strategic acquisition for key roles, developing retention programmes, and managing employee relations across regions to foster a cohesive, high-performing Greater Bay Area team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Information and Communication Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, which must include substantial hands-on experience in a senior management role with direct responsibility for teams based in Mainland China.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin; Mandarin is the primary working language for this role.
Proven ability to apply technical knowledge of information system management and database principles to the practical design, development, and optimization of HR systems (HRIS).
Must possess a demonstrable track record of building and standardizing HR systems from the ground up (including recruitment, compensation, performance) within the Mainland China market.
