                    Position: Assistant Manager (Venue Management Service) (Contract)

 Working Hours: 45 hours per week (inclusive of 1 hour meal break) on irregular hours. Working hours on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are required

 Salary: HK$24,500.00
  
 Qualification / Requirements of Servicer(s)
 
 - Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
- HKDSE Level 3 or above in Chinese and English, Level 2 or above in Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 36 months of post-qualification full-time work experience.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in venue management is preferred.
 Job duties 
(a) Liaise and follow up with on-site staff to coordinate the daily operations, cooperate with the services contractors and other government parties for building repair, facilities maintenance, cleaning and security services, upgrading and improvement works. Record and report the maintenance progress. 
(b) Monitor the performance of contractors according to work schedule to ensure the efficiency, order and safety of the building works and avoid disturbance to the visitors. 
(c) Perform reception, customer and cashier services, such as answering enquiries, welcoming special guests, and greeting artists in the events. 
(d) Prepare notices, announcements and manuals for house management use. 
(e) Assist in the acquisition of miscellaneous supplies, including drafting specifications, communicating with suppliers to ensure the quality of goods and services and their compliance with the VAC's requirement. 
(f) Perform shift duties and emergency duties, such as responding to false alarms and fire escape, etc. when required. 
(g) Arrange and attend meetings as well as checking progress of items confirmed at the meetings. 
(h) Provide general administrative support. Compile and organise the records when required. 
(i) Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
