Business Analyst II (8-Month Contract / Government Project / Up to $26.95K)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Business Analyst to join a significant government project for an 8-month contract.

Key Responsibilities (Job Duties):
To assist in identifying business problems and needs, and delivering stakeholders' concerns and requirements for implementation of the e-submission service enhancements.
To conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT), update relevant website pages and answer enquiries related to e-submission service after the launch of the new e-service portal.
To assist in managing user expectations and needs, as well as resolving issues and conflicts among stakeholders in particular between end-users and project team during system implementation.
To assist in performing quality control on the deliverables of system implementation and further enhancements related to business analysis.
To evaluate the enhancements being deployed to ensure the business benefits are realized as planned and user requirements are fully met and collect feedbacks from users for analyzing the needs of further enhancements.
To provide support for user training on e-submission service, including drafting and updating of relevant training materials, user manuals, and service guidelines.
To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Qualifications & Experience (Requirements):
Must be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent.
A minimum of three (3) years' post-qualification full-time work experience with good job records.
Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in IT system implementation project(s), acting as a liaison officer between business units and technology teams, transcribing business requirements to system requirements, and coordinating UAT.
Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English with effective communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Possess a strong customer service mindset, a high sense of responsibility, and be self-motivated.
