Working Location: Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East Wan Chai, Hong Kong (Audit Clerical Assistant is required to work in other offices)
Working hours: 44 working hours per week (including meal breaks) from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm

Duties:
To perform the duties of Audit Clerical Assistant in accordance with the requirements laid down below:
- - To assist in carrying out inspection of government schools on government and non-government funds;
- - To assist in carrying out surprise inspection on revenue collection, impress, money received for disbursement„ stamps and other valuables of government and non-government funds;
- - To assist in carrying out audit inspection for sections of the Education Bureau;
- - To assist in carrying out stores and procurement inspection of government schools and sections of the Education Bureau; and
- - To perform any other duties assigned by the Government Representative.
- The Audit Clerical Assistant's aggregate working hours will be 44 hours per week (including meal breaks). The actual daily working hours may be adjusted subject to the operational need of the Government.
- The Audit Clerical Assistant will be required to work at different venues having regard to operational need of the Education Bureau.
Qualifications Requirements: (1) attained. Level 2 or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent; or
(2) attained Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
- - And proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- - Chinese word processing (倉頡/速成) speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of at least 30, preferably 50 words per minute.
- - Should preferably have two aggregate years of related clerical working experience
- - Be able to work at different venues having regard to operational need of the Education Bureau.

職責:
1.員工履行審計文員助理的職責為以下:
- 協助對公立學校的政府和非政府經費進行檢查;
- 協助對政府和非政府資金的稅收、定額備用金、收到的用於支付的郵票和其他貴重物品進行突擊檢查;
- 協助對教育局各部門進行審計檢查;
- 協助官立學校及教育局各部門進行店舖及採購巡查;和
- 履行政府代表指定的任何其他職責。
- 審計文員助理的總工作時間為每週44小時(包括用餐時間)。每日實際工作時間或會因應政府運作需求而調整。
- 因應教育局的運作需要,審計文書助理將需要在不同地點工作。
資格要求:
(1) 需達到 : 香港中學文憑考試現場科目包括中國語文、英國語文及數學考獲第2級以上成績,或具同等學歷;或者
(2) 在香港中學會考中國語文、英國語文及數學等五科取得第2 (E級)或以上成績,或具同等學歷
- 並熟練 Microsoft Excel 和 Word;
- 中文文字處理(倉頡/速成)速度為每分鐘20字,英文文字處理速度至少為每分鐘30字,最好為每分鐘50字。
- 最好具有兩年累計相關文書工作經驗。
- 因教育局此工作的運作需要,員工必須能夠在不同地點工作。
