Position: Facilities Hiring Assistant Contract period: 9 months Working Location: Ngau Chi Wan Civic Centre Working hours: 9 hours per working day between 9:00 - 18:00
Job Duties :
Assist in compiling booking application data and venue usage statistics
Respond to booking and operational enquiries from hirers and the public
Input, update, and verify hiring records in a computerized booking system
Update e-booking documents with QR codes for successful applicants
Manage booking file system: receipt, processing, storage, and retrieval
Maintain contact lists, booking schedules, attendance, and evaluation records
Draft correspondence and documents related to hiring services
Organize and update booking files
Prepare venue facilities database for LED display
Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers
Academic Requirements & Work Experience :
Permanent resident of HKSAR and lawfully employable in Hong Kong
HKDSEE: Level 2 or above in five subjects including Mathematics; or
HKCEE: Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Mathematics
Language proficiency: Level 2 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSEE or HKCEE
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification full-time work experience
Experience in venue hiring coordination/statistical compilation in performing arts venues, exhibition centres, art centres, or museums is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; mature personality
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
