Client: Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) – Marketing and District Activities Unit of Performance Venues Office (New Territories East)

Contract Period: From now to 10 April 2026 (9 months)
Working Location: Sha Tin Town Hall, 1 Yuen Wo Road, Sha Tin (may include outdoor work and other premises as needed)
Salary: HK$18,352.00 per month
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (includes a 1-hour paid meal break)

Key Responsibilities:
Event Calendar Management: Collect and verify program details from hirers, confirm information for the Monthly Event Calendar of Sha Tin Town Hall and North District Town Hall, and enter data into a system for the LCSD E-Magazine.
Document Handling: Open files, bind contracts for supervisors, and organize correspondence related to Venue Sponsorship applications and audience-building performances.
Mailing and Distribution: Update mailing lists, sort labels for external and internal mailing services, and arrange transport to deliver pamphlets to various venues.
Assessment Forms: Manage the regular distribution and collection of Hirer Assessment Forms.
Administrative Support: Provide secretarial services to senior marketing staff (e.g., file management, typing documents) and offer general clerical support to the marketing team.
Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Requirements:
Residency: Must be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and legally employable in Hong Kong.
Education:
Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including Mathematics, in HKDSEE or equivalent; OR
Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Mathematics, in HKCEE or equivalent.
Language Skills: Level 2 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Chinese typing speed of 20 words per minute, English typing speed of 35 words per minute, and proficiency in common software like Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience: At least 5 years of full-time office administration experience, with at least 3 years in customer service. Prior government work experience is an advantage.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to handle manual tasks.
