Job Duties
Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Director of Agency (DOA) on managing agency business performance, including meeting coordination and meeting minutes taking and follow up on action points
Act as point of contact between agency secretaries and DOA / internal stakeholders
Support in preparation of presentation materials, e.g. powerpoints, reports for agency meeting
Track, analyse, and forecast agency business performance using reports and dashboards
Support DOA to help agency to drive business result with action plans
Able to identify agency challenges and propose solutions to support business growth
Assist DOA to groom and develop agency leaders to establish a high-quality agency force
Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
Degree Holder in business or other related discipline
Minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably in Agency Business Development or Sales Management
Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain cohesive working relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders
Good business sense with an analytical and meticulous mindset to work
Possess strong support capabilities and problem-solving skills, responsible, proactive, self-motivated and detail-minded with positive attitude and high EQ
Strong in verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and English; fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Word, Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and Powerpoint
Candidates with more experience will be considered Manager title
