Position: Temporary General Clerk
Employer: Government Flying Service (GFS), Hong Kong
Contract Duration: Month-to-month basis (up to 9 months)
Work Locations:

• GFS Headquarters, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau
• GFS Kai Tak Division, near 33 Shing Fung Road, Kai Tak
• Other locations as designated by GFS

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitize and verify aircraft documents.
• Perform general office duties (e.g., photocopying, filing, document delivery).
• Manage procurement databases, monitor spare parts stock, and analyze fleet data.
• Carry out manual handling tasks (lifting, carrying, etc.).

Requirements:

• Level 2 or equivalent in 5 HKDSEE/HKCEE subjects, including Mathematics.
• Level 2 in Chinese and English (HKDSEE/HKCEE).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Chinese: 20 wpm / English: 30 wpm).
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Effective communication skills in English and Chinese.

Working Hours:

• 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
• 44 hours per week (including meal breaks).
• Flexible hours or overtime may be required.

Salary:

• Minimum HK$18,712 per month (based on 44 hours/week).
