Working Location: 13/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
Salary: HK$22,145.00 per month
Working hours: 44 hours per week (including meal breaks)
Job Duties:
(a) To provide clerical support to two large-scale survey projects on disseminating raw data to each of the participating institutions, checking of the survey findings for internal sharing, drafting and preparing a new set of quotation documents for the 2025/26 s.y., etc.;
(b) To provide clerical support to video project regarding background information search for guest nomination, procurement exercise for filming service, updating the contact information for liaison with contractor and external parties, exploring publicity channels and developing publicity materials (e.g. e-stickers) for the video promotion, etc.;
(c) To provide clerical support in preparation/ checking of documents and dissemination of data;
(d) To provide general clerical support to divisional/ sectional operation, events and ad hoc duties assigned; and
(e) To perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
(i) Level 2 or equivalent [Note (1)] or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [Note (2)], or equivalent; or (ii) Level 2 [Note (3)] / Grade E or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [Note (2)], or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note (3)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(c) At least four (4) years' working experience in relation to office clerical duties [Note (4)];
(d) Relevant working experience in the public/education sector is an advantage;
(e) Good computer knowledge and skills, such as word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation software and Chinese input method. Knowledge in Internet and web technology is preferred;
(f) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
(g) Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multi-tasking job and work independently as well as being co-operative in a team.
Note: (if applicable)
(1) 'Attained' in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E (2024 HKDSEE or before) and the specific examination grades / language proficiency levels attained [Note (6)] (2025 HKDSEE and onwards) in Other Language (OL) subjects in HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the Senior Secondary subjects in HKDSEE.
(2) The subjects may include Chinese Language and English Language.
(3) 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 2' in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
(4) Candidates should state the nature and relevancy of the working experience.
(5) This post is open to both male and female applicants.
(6) Specific examination grades / language proficiency levels of HKDSEE OL subjects refer to
- A2 or above (i.e. A2, B1, B2, C1 & C2 (highest)) in French / German / Spanish;
- N3 or above (i.e. N3, N2 & N1 (highest)) in Japanese; and
- TOPIK II Grade 3 or above (i.e. TOPIK II Grade 3, 4, 5 & 6 (highest)) in Korean.
