(i) To perform tasks related to salary verification corresponding to the appointment in aided schools;
Job Duties:
(i) To perform tasks related to salary verification corresponding to the appointment in aided schools;
(ii) To provide professional input and advice in respect of complicated cases and identify potential under- and over-payment cases for CSVT officers to follow up;
(iii) To liaise with schools and give advice to schools on the workflow and checklist for salary assessment;
(iv) To assist in the development e-Appointment System for Aided Schools ("EASAS"), such as but not limited to handling enquiries from schools, providing technical support to schools and conducting User Acceptance Test;
(v) To assist in any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
(a) a bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) at least one year of full-time post-qualification working experience in the field of administration. Preference may be given to candidates with relevant working experience in government departments or non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
(c) Level 3 or above in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination English Language, or Level 3 or above in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) English Language, or Grade C or above in pre 2007 HKCEE English (Syllabus B), or Grade E or above in AS Use of English in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination or equivalent;
(d) have good knowledge and skills in the application of common computer software, including word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation.
(e) good inter-personal, communication and analytical skills, responsible and selfmotivated;
(f) well-organized and able to work independently and under pressure.
