Contract Period : 12 months (tentatively from July 2025)
Working location : Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon
Working Hours :
- Regular service calls: 8.5 hours per day (including 1-hour meal break)
- Service hours typically between 09:00–24:00
- May include weekends and general holidays
- Additional 0.5-hour service calls may be required based on operational needs
Main Job Responsibility :
(a) To build and maintain databases related to programmes and administrative matters
(b) To provide administrative support to Art Form Sub-committee on CP Section, by-
(i) Maintaining a contact register for Sub-committee Members
(ii) Compiling and typing correspondences for Sub-committee papers
(iii) Preparing meeting documents
(iv) Handling enquiries from Sub-committee Members
(c) To provide administrative support to Programme Development Committee, by-
(i) Maintaining a contact register for Committee Members
(ii) Preparing meeting documents
(iii) Compiling and typing correspondences for committee papers
(d) To provide general administration services to the office, by-
(i) Answering telephone calls
(ii) Handling document processing
(ii) Taking messages and making appointments for senior officers
(iv) Handling filing matters
(v) Escorting visitors
(vi) Handling enquiries from the general public
(e) To provide supporting services for CP programmes , by-
(i) Maintaining a register for request of complimentary tickets
(ii) Maintaining a contact register for guests
(iii) Compiling and Typing memos and letters
(iv) Assisting CP Managers to compile the Guest Lists for Opening Receptions
(v) Assisting CP Managers to compile the Seating Plans for Opening Receptions
(vi) Issuing invitation cards to guests for Opening Receptions
(vii) Escorting guests at Opening Receptions
(viii) Preparing statistical returns
(ix) Distributing publicity materials
(x) Typing artists’ contracts
Qualification Requirements :
(i) A permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administration Region;
(ii) Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) , or equivalent ; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) , or
(iii) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(iv) Ability to read and write Chinese and English fluently;
(v) 2 years full time post qualification working experience in any discipline;
(vi) Good knowledge in computer applications including but not limited
to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Mircosoft Powerpoint, with
a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm in English and 30 cpm in Chinese typing; and
(vii) Basic knowledge of Putonghua is preferred.
