Working Location: Kwun Tong Music Centre at the 3rd & 4th Floors of the Lam Tin Complex, 1 Hing Tin Street, Lam Tin, Kowloon and the personnel may also work in the Music Office Headquarters or other Music Office venues
Salary: HK$1,411.00 per working day
Working hours: 8.5 hours per working day, normally 09:00 to 17:30 (including meal breaks)

Job Duties:
The Contractor' s personnel is required to provide services as follows:-
(a) To coordinate venue management and special duties pertaining to the use and management of the MO's 5 Music Centers;
(b) To coordinate the relocation/disposal of all unusable furniture and musical instruments from five music centers and MO stores;
(c) To review and update all file inventory lists in the MO Music Centers to maintain the accuracy of the information that forms part of the data uploaded for preparing the Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS) configuration. This will involve using electronic means to collect, organize, classify and control the creation, storage, retrieval, distribution, maintenance and use, disposal and preservation of records;
(d) To assist in the procurement of services and equipment needed for a more efficient management of the 5 music centers;
(e) To assist in the preparation of Training Support meetings, and to prepare relevant reports and records, as well as coordinate the submission of various regular and ad hoc returns on the 5 music centers;
(f) To undertake research to identify new uses for developing an enhanced course of utilization of 5 music centres, which include assisting in reviewing plans for off-peak hours use of the centre’s facilities by University/College Music students;
(g) To coordinate renovation and improvement works on both the use and management of the various music centres. Duties include simple Liaison and follow-ups with the respective property management companies or building management committees to a full course of management of cleanliness and safety;
(h) To assist in payment arrangements for store expenses; and
(i) To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior officers.
Requirements:
(a) A permanent resident of Hong Kong and lawfully employable in Hong Kong;
(b) A bachelor degree holder, or equivalent;
(c) At least Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or at least Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(d) At least two (2) years full-time post-qualification working experience in providing administrative, clerical and logistics support to an office and experience working in Government departments preferred;
(e) Good written and spoken English and Chinese
(f) Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat, together with effective skills of searching information on the Internet; and
(g) Be responsible, polite and mature, with good communication & interpersonal skills.
