Position: Temporary Executive Services Assistant
Client: CEDD - Engineering and Associated Consultants Selection Board Unit

Contract period: 8 months (TBC - 23 June 2025 to 22 Feb 2026[Chinese New Year)
Working Location: Civil Engineering and Development Building, 101 Princess Margaret Road, Homantin, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Salary: HK$26,900.00 per month
Working hours: 44 hours per week (including lunch breaks not more than 1 hour on each working day) Monday (from 8:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.) and Tuesday to Friday (from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)

Job Duties:
- To co-ordinate with different offices, consolidate input, compile data/return, handling enquiries/requests and provide administrative assistance on matters related to
- the management of engineering consultants and consultants selection; and
- town planning and development projects;
- To provide support in organizing meetings, preparing meeting agenda/ minutes and briefing notes for meetings;
- To conduct desktop search/study on town planning and development issues and prepare summaries or statistic;
- To assist in maintaining and updating file records; and
- To undertake any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent
(b) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(c) Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English;
(d) Proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing; and
(e) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Note: For appointment purpose, 'Grade C' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 3' in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

: A total of 44' hours gross per week is required. However, the hours of work may vary depending on operational needs. For example, Monday (from 8:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.) and Tuesday to Friday (from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), including lunch breaks each not more than one hour.
