Monthly Salary: HK$14,000.00
Contract period: 23 June 2025-31 March 2026
(b) Normal service hours: 8.8 hours per working day, Monday – Friday, 0845– 1733 hours (including one hour lunch break)
Scope of services:
(i) To carry out clerical duties, including filing documents, copying documents faxing, sorting, and dispatching
(ii) To check documents and input data into the computer systems, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondences;
(iii) To prepare payment documents for settlement of fees, costs, and charges; and
(v) to perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Skills and Qualification Requirement
(i) level 2 or above in 5 subjects in the HKDSEE including Chinese Language, and English Language; or 5 passes or above in HKCEE including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B);
(ii) at least 6 months’s post-graduation clerical, secretarial working experience;
(iii) fluent spoken Cantonese
(iv) proficient in word processing and conversant with computer software including MS Word and MS Excel; and
(v) English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. and Chinese word processing speed of 20 w.p.m.
