Position: Senior Executive Assistant (CEQ/S/24/293)

Contract period: 8 months
Working Location: Unit 3501, 35/F., Skyline Tower, 39 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay,
Kowloon
Salary: HK$33,000.00 per month
Working hours: 44 hours per week (including meal breaks), 08:45 – 17:33, Monday to Friday, (or for any hours, overtime work performed will be compensated by time-off)
Duties of Senior Executive Assistant
The Senior Executive Assistant shall perform duties including but not limited to the following;
- To provide administrative support for the implementation of the registration regime for the Dealers in Precious Metal and Stones (DPMS) to be administered by the Government, including vetting applications, monitoring the progress of new registration, assisting in compliance inspections on existing registrants and other general administration work;
- To supervise the performance of team members, including during compliance inspections and relevant work in both indoor and outdoor environment;
- To check registration information and documents;
- To provide executive support in office administration
- To handle public enquiry in relation to the DPMS registration regime
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Government
Requirement of Senior Executive Assistant Each candidate of the position of Senior Executive Assistant shall meet the requirements including but rot limited to the following :
- A bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent
- Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- Having at least three (3) years full-time post qualification working experience in general administrative and management work, and relevant working experience in the Government or public organization or higher education institutions
- Fluent Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
- Fluent written Chinese and English; and
- Good command of computer applications, including MS Word and Excel

The Senior Executive Assistant shall be subject to the arrangements that are applicable to the staff of the Government during bad weather conditions
The Senior Executive Assistant shall follow instructions of the Government Representative, and shall cooperate with other persons and contractors on the Government premises or other premises designated by the Government Representatives
