Position: Publicity Coordinator
Contract Period: 9 months
Working Location: Quarry Bay, HK
Working Hours:
44 hours gross per week, Monday to Friday
 
Duties
(a) To plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives for the Countryside Conservation Office (CCO);
(b) To coordinate and carry out outreach campaigns, events, and projects for the Countryside Conservation Funding Scheme (CCFS);
(c) To oversee supplementary events and activities for the CCO, working closely with service providers and contractors involved in promotional efforts; and
(d) To engage in diverse countryside conservation activities to gather materials, including photographs and participant feedback, for promotional use.
 
Qualification Requirements
(a) Hold a Bachelor Degree in journalism, marketing, public relations or design from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) Specialise in event management, conference, exhibitions, media communications, web design, user interface and internet applications;
(c) Possess not less than 3 year’s post-qualification working experience of events and marketing in Hong Kong, with at least one years’ experience at position of managerial level; and
(d) Have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
