Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide logistic support to meetings with government departments, stakeholders and delegations, including preparing related documents for the meetings, setting of meeting venues, liaising on logistic arrangement and drafting meeting notes;
- To provide administrative and logistic support to online and offline Mainland-related investment promotion activities in Hong Kong and the Mainland, including preparing budget, procurement and claims of expenses for the events, providing pre-event preparation and on-site logistic support, drafting event reports, and maintaining event records;
- To receive delegations from the Mainland and arrange visit programmes for Mainland companies in Hong Kong;
- To provide research support and assist in updating the presentation materials;
- To provide support in general administrative, supplies and procurement matters; and
- To perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Two years of relevant full-time work experience gained in Mainland business development, administrative support, event management or stakeholder engagement with Mainland counterparts are preferred;
- A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
- Meet the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent
- An excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English. Proficiency in another language would be an advantage; and
- Proficient in English and Chinese word processing, and the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
