HK$81.00 per additional service call is 0.5 hour

Job Duties:
The Contractor is required to provide qualified personnel(s) to deliver the following Services to the Performance Venues Planning Office of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Government:
1) To provide preliminary observations and compile users' comments and inputs on shop drawings and building materials of the New Territories East Cultural Centre (NTECC) project submitted by the contractors and to liaise with architects, engineers and various building agents to ensure users' requirement arc met. To provide logistic support to various meetings of the aforesaid project.
2) To assist in planning of new performance venues on setting out site requirements and consolidating users' comments in response to respective consultancy studies etc. and in enhancing the documentation of the accumulated knowledge and experience for lmowledge management in planning of performance venues.
3) To assist in preparing Project Definition Statement (PDS) together with the planned Schedule of Accommodation (SoA) for new capital works projects.
4) To assist in the research in local and oversee performance venues on both hardware and software on par with international standard as reference for planning of performance venues such as digital infrastructure, energy efficiency equipment, enhanced operation models, district and community needs for an inclusive performance venue.
5) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Requirements:
(a) The personnel(s) to be provided by the Service-provider to deliver the services stipulated in the Service Requirements must
(i) Be a permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and lawfully employable in Hong Kong;
(ii) Be a Holder of Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably with major in arts or cultural-related discipline;
(iii) Have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (have met the language proficiency requirements of Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 4 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth, or equivalent); 'Level 5' or above in Chinese Language and English Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or 'Level 2' in Use of English and Use of Chinese of the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent;
(iv) Have at least Four (4) years' full-time post-qualification working experience, preferably in the field of capital works project planning or cultural venue management or cultural project management or performing arts administration in cultural organization prior to Quotation Closing Date. Relevant working experience in cultural services of Leisure and Cultural Services Department is an advantage;
(v) Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing;
(vi) Have knowledge in understanding of floor plan, building plans and electrical plans (preferred).
