Fabricator Welder wanted for mild steel/carbon workshop.

Our client is a heavy fabrication shop based in Hamilton.  Due to an increase in workload they are looking to add another fabricator to their team.

Ideally you will have experience in heavy fabrication, MIG welding and be able to read drawings.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out general fabrication duties using mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium materials.
• Reading fabrication drawings.
• Carrying out welding duties using GMAW, FCAW, SMAW and GTAW.
• Being responsible for the quality of the finished product.
• Ensuring the efficient, productive and profitable operation of all business activities.

You'll be reliable, self-motivated, and take pride in your work.  You'll have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards and a strong focus on health and safety.
