We have an opportunity for a motivated and dependable person to join our team as a Supervisor for an Agricultural Lining Installation company.  Otago based.
 
This role will suit someone who is practical, confident using basic tools, and capable of leading a small crew on-site. We're looking for someone ready to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company, with opportunities for long-term development and progression.
 
The position is primarily based in Otago, with regular overnight work required out of town.

About the role:

• Supervising and supporting site crews during liner installation projects
• Laying and fitting liner systems
• Coordinating day-to-day site tasks and maintaining workflow
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Assisting with general site labouring tasks when required
• Full training provided in welding and liner testing methods
• Working outdoors in a physically demanding environment

About you:

• Strong, consistent work history
• Previous experience leading teams or supervising staff is an advantage
• Hold a full, current driver's licence (Manual ideally)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to lead by example and work well as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working outside
• Reliable, organised, and able to take initiative
• Available to work away from home when required (accommodation and meal allowance provided)
