This role involves working within a fast-paced food production environment processing poultry products while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing poultry products on the production line. - Trimming, cutting, and preparing poultry to specification. - Packing and labelling finished products. - Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all times. - Following workplace health and safety procedures. - Keeping work areas clean and organised. - Working effectively as part of a production team to meet daily targets.
About You:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic. - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. - Comfortable working in a chilled environment. - Physically fit and able to stand for long periods. - Good attention to detail and quality standards. - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. - Previous meat processing is an advantage but not essential (training provided).
