Our clients Our Out of Hours team provides elite 24/7 support to keep the music industry running smoothly.
As an Out of Hours Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you’ll manage high-pressure travel, handling emergency itinerary changes, last-minute bookings, and global logistics. If you excel at problem-solving, quick thinking, and working with top artists, this role is for you.
Beyond urgent requests, you’ll ensure all details are covered, completing bookings that have carried over from the day team. Whether refining itineraries, securing confirmations, or resolving travel issues, you'll keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities

• Handle urgent, after-hours travel requests for artists, crews, and VIP clients.
• Manage last-minute flights, hotel bookings, and complex travel logistics.
• Understand touring and production needs to ensure seamless execution.
• Anticipate disruptions and provide real-time solutions.
• Deliver elite customer service in high-pressure situations.
• Ensure accuracy in every booking, document, and itinerary.
• Pick up and complete bookings from the day team to ensure continuity.
• Use Galileo GDS to manage bookings, ticket reissues, and fare calculations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a travel agency role, with at least 2 years handling entertainment, sports, luxury, or VIP travel.
• Advanced proficiency in GDS systems (including Galileo), with experience in reissues, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High attention to detail to ensure flawless itineraries.
• Ability to work independently and make key decisions.
