Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to provide support to our customer management and sales team and to take the reins of a pivotal role. Responsible for the seamless and efficient onboarding and implementation of our services to new and existing key customers, you will pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to shift roadblocks and get things done.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Working across the full project lifecycle from negotiation through to implementation and the transition to business as usual
- Defining customer needs and transforming these into meaningful process documents
- Management of multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the needs of each group are understood and managed proactively.
- Manage and prioritise multiple priorities in a fast moving and sometimes rapidly evolving environment.
You will be comfortable navigating technical requirements and can evidence previous experience working with technical teams such as systems engineers, cloud developers and network architects. You do not need to be a technical person, however you will need to have an understanding of technology including cloud, infrastructure and networking.
You will inherently understand project deliverables and milestones and be proactive in identifying and minimising risks. In addition you will be responsible for coordination of resource for project deployment, including operational delivery timetables, stock management and logistics, on site deployment checklists and transition into BAU.
In addition to the above you should have exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at many levels from senior management through to operational delivery teams.
