Due to the growth of our technical solutions business, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team.
This role will see you delivering training services to our customers, Helpdesk and Field Technicians, and the documentation of training material and procedures. As well as the necessary processes and documents used during projects for technician staging and installations, you will be responsible for items such as staging procedures, SIP documentation, and checklist / sign-off forms.
