We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Leader to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our kiosk and ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met. In this role, you will oversee staff performance, support barista and food service operations, coordinate food preparation and presentation, and maintain a high level of operational efficiency. While the F&B outlet will be your primary area of responsibility, you will work closely with the broader Visitor Services leadership team to uphold consistent service excellence and contribute to an outstanding visitor experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate food and beverage operations across ARV operated venues to deliver safe, high quality and consistent visitor experiences.
- Supervise, support and guide Food & Beverage team members, providing clear direction, coaching and feedback to support performance and development.
- Organise staffing, workflows and daily service delivery to ensure operational efficiency, service quality and compliance requirements are met.
- Resolve routine service delivery and operational issues within established guidelines, escalating complex matters as required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety legislation.
- Ensure venues, equipment and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean and serviceable condition, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Respond professionally to visitor enquiries and complaints, providing accurate information and timely resolution in line with ARV expectations.
Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum two (2) years experience leading a front of house team in a food and beverage, hospitality, events or similar environment
- Supervisor Food Handlers Certificate
- Current Driverʼs Licence
- Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Strong leadership and team coordination capability within a service environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a respectful and inclusive approach
- Sound knowledge of food safety legislation and hospitality compliance requirements
- Ability to resolve service delivery issues using judgement within established guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and perform under pressure
- Experience preparing and serving food in a fast paced canteen/kiosk/stadium venue environment (desirable)
- Competence in point of sale systems, cash handling and administrative processes

Hourly pay rate: $45.19-$48.62 + casual loading (rate determined by skills, qualifications, and experience)
