The opportunity:
Get ready for an exciting season at Lake Mountain as a Food & Beverage Attendant!
We are looking for versatile staff who know how to provide exceptional service, can brew a good coffee, take food orders and complete general food prep and service.
Lake Mountain Alpine Resort is a family-orientated snow play park. It has the distinction of being the closest alpine snow resort to Melbourne, just a short 2 hours' drive from the city centre.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation, serving, presentation, and delivery of food and refreshments in accordance with the Food Safety Program (FSP)
- Make and serve beverages, in a timely fashion including but not limited to tea and coffee, juices and soft drinks
- Provide high-quality customer service when taking food and beverage orders from guests via the POS system, processing EFTPOS transactions efficiently
- Serve customers at the bistro bain-maries, with the ready-made hot and cold food options
- Clearly convey orders and communicate with the kitchen staff and other team members
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Food handling certificate
- Prior experience in a front-of-house customer service role or food and beverage role
- Prior experience in customer service, tourism or visitor information - desirable
- Exceptional communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking and a team player

Location: Lake Mountain, Marysville Victoria
Hourly pay rate: $33.65 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), plus super

We have opportunities to work up to full time hours (38 hours) & weekend part time hours (15.20 hours)
