The opportunity
The Visitor Experience Team at ARV is dedicated to creating memorable and high-quality experiences for every visitor across all six alpine resorts. The team leads the design and delivery of integrated visitor services, marketing programs, and engagement initiatives that drive awareness, satisfaction, and year-round visitation. Through close collaboration with resort staff, industry partners, government agencies, and Traditional Owners, the Visitor Experience Team supports ARVʼs strategic goals by fostering innovation, enhancing service standards, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Their work ensures that every visitor enjoys a welcoming, diverse, and enriching alpine experience, contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of Victoriaʼs alpine resorts.
As an Administration Officer in our Visitor Experience Team, you will provide administration & business support services that will contribute to the efficient operation of the resort & delivery of positive visitor experiences.
Under guidance and supervision you will apply established procedures, processes and office practices to support daily resort administration. You will be adept in managing administrative tasks, processing enquiries, maintaining records which will ensure accurate and professional business operations.

- Experience and knowledge of administration practices, procedures & office systems
- Sound computer skills with MS Word, Excel and email systems
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks within set timeframes
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve to address routine issues using policies, procedures and available information
The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights. International applicants are required to obtain their own visa with valid Australian work rights.
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type
- Have an Australian drivers licence (Victorian licence preferred)
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.

Location: Lake Mountain, Victoria.
Hourly pay rate: From $30.51 - $34.85 per hour + casual loading assessed on skills and experience.
